Winners of the 2010 Gabe Savaglio Memorial Youth Adult Scholarship Tournament
The 2010 Gabe Savaglio Youth-Adult Scholarship Tournament concluded on February 14, 2010 at Surfside Bowl. A total of 33 teams and 84 sets of doubles participated in this year’s tournament. Thanks to our sponsors Kenosha USBC Bowling Association, the Bill Harris Memorial Team Tournament and Surfside Bowl; Also to the following individuals for their donations: Cathy Savaglio, Mark Nelson, Joe Westlund, David Pierce, Bob Hanks, Darryl McClelland, and JoAnn and Gary Longway. This year we are giving $3,970.00 in scholarships to our winners. Full standings and prize list can be found on openbowl.com.

Team Event:
The team of George-Tilot won the team event with a handicap score of 2937. Team members were youths Danielle George and Ryan Tilot and and adults Eric George and Marty Tilot.
Division One Doubles:
The duo of Josh Feekes and Mikey Hill won the Division One Doubles Event with a handicap score of 1575.
Division Two Doubles:
The mother/son duo of James Booker II and Jane Shinske won the Division Two Doubles Event with a handicap score of 1096.
All-Events:
Division One All-Events was won by Josh Feekes with a handicap score of 1515.
Division Two All-Events was won by James Booker II with a handicap score of 1024.
Bill Harris Memorial Scholarship:
The inaugural Bill Harris Memorial Scholarship is awarded to the youth bowler who bowls the highest individual series in their respective division.
In Division One, Josh Feekes rolled a handicap series of 796 to win the scholarship. The series is his personal best.
In Division Two, James Booker II rolled his first 500 series; a 544. Along with his handicap of 10 pins, he posted a 554 series to claim the scholarship in Division Two.

Father/Son Doubles:
Division One was won by Nicholas Lund and Richard Lund with a handicap score of 1517.
Division Two was won by Nathan McDonald and Kevin McDonald with a handicap score of 1054.
Father/Daughter Doubles:
Division One was won by Danielle George and Eric George with a score of 1487.
Division Two was won by Kallie Snowtala and Doug Snowtala with a score of 993.
Mother/Son Doubles:
Division One was won by Aaron Roe and Kim Roe with a handicap score of 1298.
Division Two was won by James Booker II and Jane Shinske with a handicap score of 1096.
Mother/Daughter Doubles
Division One was won by Samantha Watson and Michelle Watson with a handicap score of 1235.
Division Two was won by Montana Tobin and Tracee Tobin with a handicap score of 1019.
